Sprayed Urethane Foam:
If you have an existing structure that you need to turn into a thermal regulated building, sprayed urethane foam is the cheapest and easiest option to insulate an existing structure. Getting maximum building performance requires a total building system. BPM Contracts specializes in diagnosing building needs, installing field-applied spray foam insulation and then following up with quality assurance. BPM Contracts serves commercial clients nationwide.
After assessing the building envelope, the BPM Contracts team will select the best techniques for the job. BPM works with our architect or engineer, to make sure the details fit the project.
BPM Contracts uses uses both closed-cell and open-cell foam materials. We recommend closed-cell foam for most applications. However, some jobs may require or be best suited for open-cell foam. Both types may be sprayed on open walls and open-cell may be injected into closed cavities. Foam is ideal for high or large cavity ceilings because of its high R-value and moisture resistant qualities.
Sprayed urethane foam has several advantages over fibrous insulation materials:
- It automatically seals air leaks in the building envelope, including electrical and plumbing penetrations, as well as through building components
- It offers a constant insulating value
- It fills the entire wall cavity without compression or voids, including all those hard to reach areas
- You get a top notch insulation system plus a continuous air barrier in one operation--from one contractor
BPM's foam products are environmentally safe. They contain no fibers, formaldehyde, or asbestos and emit no harmful substances.

Our insulated panel products are so versatile, durable and rugged they are very low maintenance, easy care and adaptable. Most clients have found their coolstore have lasted exceptionally well, and require very little care.
